Or an emerging artist building a name for themselves in the community?
Celebrating YOUth Awards (CYA) are our way of recognising the incredible contributions of young people in the Yarra Ranges community – and nominations are open now until Friday, October 31st!

(Young people can also nominate themselves, so please pass this along to any young people in your networks!)
What is Celebrating YOUth Awards?
Every year, Yarra Ranges Youth celebrate the achievements of young people in the Yarra Ranges through a youth-led Awards Night!
The celebration is hosted by young people and includes:
- inspiring speeches + personal stories
- performances
- presentations
- food
- plus a visit by the Mayor!
Who can I nominate?
Nominee/s must:
- be aged between 12-25 years
- either live, work, study, or volunteer in Yarra Ranges
- can be either an individual or a group for an award
- a nomination can be made by friends, family, a professional, or if you’re a young person, yourself!
