3MDR’s 2022 Annual General Meeting is being held this week:

All current financial members of Mountain District Radio Inc are invited to the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

WHEN – Thursday 24/11/2022 @ 7:30pm
WHERE – Upwey Tecoma Bowls Club, 21-41 Alexander Ave, Upwey VIC 3158

Doors open at 7pm for a 7:30pm start

The bar will be open!

AGENDA:
Confirm the minutes of the 2021 AGM held on 24th November 2021 (online).
To receive and consider the President and Treasurer’s Annual Report of the Committee of Management on the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year.
To receive and consider the Financial Statements of the Association for the preceding financial year.
To elect/appoint members of the Committee.
To set the membership fees – Standard Membership $60 (an increase of $10/annum – Concession Membership $40 (unchanged)

VOTING
If there are more candidates than positions available for the Committee, a vote will take place with a ballot held on the night.
Proxy voting – Financial members of the Association have the right to appoint another financial member as a proxy for the AGM.
