Welcoming Michelle Gearon

We are very excited to announce that Michelle Gearon will be stepping into the role of Station Manager, commencing next week!

Michelle brings an exciting mix of community radio experience, fundraising expertise and community passion through organisations such as Wildlife Victoria and PBS. Importantly, Michelle is already part of the 3MDR family – as a former Committee member and presenter and local resident. She understands our station, our values and our community deeply, and brings energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for community broadcasting.

We’re thrilled to have someone with Michelle’s experience, knowledge and history taking the reins at 3MDR. We have every confidence she will lead the station into its next chapter with great care and energy.
