Phil has been involved with Community Radio 3MDR for 16 years, first as a volunteer, then as Station Manager for 11 years, and now again as a volunteer presenter and audio engineer. Phil now also delivers 3MDR’s new presenter training.

Dr. Nat Grant is a creative producer and sound artist with more than 15 years experience across live performance, recording and broadcast, digital arts, and community arts.
